After putting the locket on another chain I was pleased with it, but I shouldn't have had to do that so I gave it a low score. We are both so happy I found this locket. Great product May 9, 2008 5 out of 5 found this review helpful I can't figure out why others found inserting the picture into the locket so difficult. There is a piece of plastic inside of it that you need to pop out with a pin or something, (try at the point of the heart where there is a small gap). You can then insert your picture (the plastic piece makes a good pattern to trace on your photo) and pop the plastic piece back in on top of it.
